The next day, we had a tour of the Holocaust Memorial.

That evening, my Grandmother saw her cousin Bernard Weber for the first time in over 60 years.

They had seen each other after the war, but had lost touch in the late 1940s.

The reunion was very emotional.

All of Bernard and Irma's children, and their grandson, came to Berlin from their homes in Stuttgart and Holland.
