The next day, we headed off for Munster, as in the cheese.
It was a scenic drive.
For the record, French Munster cheese is a strong, runny cheese, not like what we think of as Munster cheese here.
This is the market square where they sold cheese, sausage and other items.
Since we were so close, we drove to Basel, Switzerland.
They had trams.
Suprisingly, Basel had some quaint areas.
A church.
The Rhine runs through Basel.
Another cathedral (they all look the same after a while).
